Letter #32 πŸ˜„

Hello hello everyone! Happy Monday! It's been pretty crazy but pretty dang good over here in West Jordan! Here are some highlights:

We got transfer calls and we're all staying together in the area. The only change is that we're only working in the Spanish ward again, instead of the whole stake. We're so excited!

We've been meeting some amazing people that have been super prepared to hear about the gospel! One Hermana, Felipa, told us she would read the Book of Mormon every day before we even asked her to!!

free resource event for Spanish speakers. Our mission advertised a bunch for this one event, and we got to help out with it. We were able to teach around 10 groups of people the Restoration as they left the event and it was super cool!

morning runs! We've been running every morning and we always see the most beautiful sunrises. It's a great way to start the day :)

Spiritual thought:

Something that I have been thinking A LOT about this week is the strength that comes through Jesus Christ. I love what it says in the Bible Dictionary about grace, the enabling power of Jesus Christ:

"It is through the grace of the Lord Jesus, made possible by His atoning sacrifice, that mankind will be raised in immortality, every person receiving his body from the grave in a condition of everlasting life. It is likewise through the grace of the Lord that individuals, through faith in the Atonement of Jesus Christ and repentance of their sins, receive strength and assistance to do good works that they otherwise would not be able to maintain if left to their own means."

I've been able to see that so much in my life, especially as I've been on my mission. There is strength through Jesus Christ. We can do so much more with Him than we could do by ourselves. So don't give up!

I hope you all have a fantastic week! Love you!

Love,
Hermana Goold
