{Letter #24} training!

Hello, happy Easter and happy Conference weekend everyone!! I hope you had a great week! SO much has happened the past couple weeks and I am the worst at emailing so here are just a few of the many highlights : -we put our friend Erika on date a couple weeks ago! It's been about 6 months teaching her and we're so excited!! -Temple Square!! We got to do a tour of Temple Square with our friend and her family!! It ended up being a really powerful and cool experience for her and us! 10/10   -a really good lesson with some of our other friends! -transfers!! The time has already come 😧 but... I'm staying here in Park Ridge (pt. 3)!! My new companion, Hermana Stapley is fresh out of the MTC! She's awesome!! In addition to our part of the Spanish ward, we're also now working with 3 of the English wards in the stake as well. You could say I'm sufficiently stressed trying to figure everything out but it's all so good :) - The Book of Mormon!! Obviously. My testimony ...

{Letter #23} Surprise!

I know what you're thinking and the answer is no, neither Hermana Brown nor I are going to our original assignments, but that's okay because things are going great here in Utah!! This week was full of lots of little, happy surprises: -we got a new companion!! So Hermana Brown and I got a call on Monday saying that on Saturday we would be taking one of the other sisters in our district to the airport to fly to Paraguay and then we would be companions with her companion! For the next 2 weeks we're going to be in a trio with 2 Spanish wards to serve in! It's crazy but so fun and my new comp, Hermana Rogers, is so awesome! -some of our covid rules got CHANGED!! We can now accept homemade food (as long as we don't eat it in other people's homes) and rides!! This is a BIG step for us haha -we had some of our friends come to church yesterday AND one of our amazing members randomly brought two of his friends who we're going to start teaching.
