{Letter #14} Transfers

Happy Monday friends! I hope you all had a fantastic week:) This week has been so good for me, so many miracles.

HIGHLIGHTS:
-I learned a lot this transfer! It honestly was pretty hard at the beginning but I wouldn't change any of the experiences I've had.

-too many miracles to count. One of the big ones: A few weeks ago, we had some friends who kind of stopped talking to us. Last week we decided to leave some treats, a nice note, and a Book of Mormon at their door. This week both separately responded to us and said that they'd been reading in the Book of Mormon.

-we put one of our friends on date to get baptized!!

-the Lehi ward!! It is so so good. The leaders and members are so supportive and helpful to us missionaries. It truly is a pleasure to serve here. Which leads to my next one:

-I'M STAYING HERE!!! Your girl's going to be in a trio again, helping train a greenie! I'm so excited to see what this transfer brings.

THOUGHT:
One of the coolest parts about being a missionary to me is that we get to see people change through the Atonement of Jesus Christ in their lives. I love Mosiah 26:30 "Yea, and as often as my people repent will I forgive them their trespasses against me." It doesn't say that repentance is easy. But if we repent sincerely, we will be forgiven. That's such a beautiful gift we have and I'm so grateful for that in my life and for the opportunity I have to share it with others!

Once upon a time a girl got her mission call to Toronto Canada. She started the mtc online and three weeks later got reassigned to the Salt Lake City West Mission. {Letter #28} 10 Minutes

JUNE 28, 2021 Hey everyone!! I hope you're all doing well! A lot has happened in the past couple of weeks but here are some of the big highlights: -I got transferred! Back to my greenie area (the area I started in)! Except, now instead of just covering half the Spanish ward, we also cover the other 6 English wards in the stake. My companion and I both transferred into the area together (aka a whitewash) so it's been super crazy but sooo fun! -I gave my first talk in Spanish!! Due to some miscommunication, we ended up having 15 minutes before the meeting to prepare for the 10 minute talk 🤣 It was wild -biking!! Yes, I'm still in a biking area and lemme tell ya-for being in a valley our area is not very flat. As in our stake is literally a hill and we live at the bottom of it haha...
