Called to Serve in Toronto!

Hello everyone!! Happy Monday!! Get ready because these past like 3 weeks (or whenever it was that I last wrote a weekly) have been crazy ones!! Here are some highlights (and there are more in picture form at the end😁) Highlights: ◇We got the cops called on us!! We accidentally parked in front of someone's illegal driveway so they called the police on us.... No worries though it all turned out well haha ◇We've been listening to Christmas music for about 3 months now and are super excited that it's officially Christmas season now 🎄🥳 ◇We met some of the most prepared people ever! We "randomly" knocked on their door, taught them the Restoration, and put them on date to be baptized! They already had been to church a couple times and knew that the restored gospel is true! ◇We got to eat Thanksgiving with a cute family in our stake. It was actually my first time eating a meal with a member! It was amazing! ◇We got transfer calls this week! Sadly, I'm going to be ...

Hello everyone!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!🎄🎉 I hope your day was amazing! This week has been awesome but absolutely insane. I don't have the time to write about it all, but I know I'd regret it if I didn't email you all! I hope that with all the gifts that we've unwrapped this Christmastime, we can remember the true gift of Christmas- our Savior Jesus Christ. I hope that we can continue to have the "spirit of Christmas" with us all the time. The spirit of service and love. The spirit that comes when we follow the example of Jesus Christ. I am so grateful for Him. A prince born into the humblest of circumstances who lived a life of love, healing, forgiveness, and complete selflessness. Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you all had a great week and are staying warm! Highlights: - Spanish . Yep. I'm not lying! For the first time in the five months I've been a missionary, I've been loving the Spanish!! It might be because I actually understand a passable amount of what people say (most of the time haha), but I am sooo grateful for the opportunity I have to be learning a language! - leaving messages ! Thanks to my companion for making me do them, I can officially get through them without any awkward pauses or laughing the whole time. Improvement!! -We had a few friends pick up this week who we haven't been able to talk to in a while and had some really good conversations (one from which the title of this email comes haha)... -my comps and I all got some Christmas decorations from our families so our apartment is looking so good!! We're also going to make gingerbread houses today and I'm super excited for that... - our little space heater ! The heat...

 They've been having fun making decorations for the house... Emma informed us this week that apparently she receives more snail mail than any other person in the mission.  We were quite excited!   The little tree we sent her  and a homemade vase from Grandma Sandy.  A baptism!   Emma was asked to speak at this baptism.
